The best thing about your hotel is the staff they were fantastic

The pressure the company puts on the kitchen not allowing them to shop daily They forever running out of food

Close too airport.

Being charged for a Breakfast ! That was included with the Room.. ..it would have been a great hotel in its day!.. But sadly needs too be renovated..

Thanks for the place for us to stay there.

The same food every morning and we have no choice rice and corn beef or egg without even catsup or soy sauce on the side.A buffet style would be okay just like the other hotels.

As I have said a buffet style would be more better you have choices and the price of your stay is just the same as the other hotels.

Could have been great- hopefully will be again one day.

Could be a fantastic place to stay - needs a LOT of repairs.

All the amenities it used to provide are no longer available. Food is super expensive. Worst included breakfast I have had in Cebu city

The bed was comfortable and it was a good location

Price was average so we expected a comfortable stay in a clean hotel. When we entered the room there were mosquitoes. The elevator is also quite damaged and the breakfast bad. Overall there would be better hotels in the Mactan area (with better value for money) and would not recommend this place.

The room was nice, the pool area excellent and the bar very cozy. But the absolute best thing about this place was the staff. Professional yet friendly in a personal way that you don't expect in such a big hotel.

It was a pity that the food was not better. The breakfast was good but the lunch and dinner I had was unfortunately not the best.

Free airpot shuttle, free buffet breakfast.

Their generator can't supply power needed for the entire building so when there was a power outage,the power went on and off several times. We got scared that we might get trapped in the elevator if we go down to the pool area so we didn't enjoy our supposedly staycation on our last day stay in Cebu. Internet too slow. and the breakfast dining area were too hot that we need to request an electric fan.

I liked how the front desk handled things and that my issue was handled promptly

Well I had called the front desk for more coffee because there were only 2 packs available and I had a booked a 4person room. Front desk said it was complimentary and that housekeeping will being it to my room. House keeping then called my room to tell me extra coffee would cost P50. I immediately went to the front desk to clarify the matter. It seemed to me that someone in housekeeping was trying to make more money. I was not happy with this matter but front desk was able to clarify the matter then had housekeeping deliver more coffee for the total # of people staying there

The Villa that we stayed overnight was spacious.. it was big even for 3 families.

The breakfast wasn't that appetizing. There is not much that you can choose from. I didn't like the food so what I ate was just bread, butter and jam instead.

The staffs keeps on asking about the towels we used in the pool, like if we’re taking the towels home. Towels were taken to the room cause were wet from swimming. The thing is they can check the towels once we check out or while they do housekeeping right! Breakfast had very few choices.

The room size and staff is really nice. Breakfast is OK.

It's a dirty hotel, needs renovation badly and does not look like the pictures. Not worth the money at all. And almost 20% more expensive than expected because of different fees. I will never recommend this place to anyone.

The bar Staff were nice , however the food was disgusting ..

It Took an Hour to check in , Staff told me i had booked a two bedroom suite , i had thought it was a two bed room , explained i was in bumpy taxi when i booked on my phone and its obviously my mistake ..However They still persisted in pputting me in a '3" bedroom Suite when i was alone ... The internet was the slowest connection i have seen in 10 years ..
